As I entered my fifties I realized my body was changing. It was more difficult to keep extra weight off and I was developing a variety of aches and pains. I want to stay healthy, strong and enjoy a very active lifestyle as I age, so I began strength training. Kristin has developed a program that sets realistic goals for me both at the gym and at home. I feel stronger, more confident and much younger after only 6 months!
