What began as a personal journey for better fitness and wellness, alongside 25 years as a social worker empowering women to break-free from domestic violence, evolved into a passion for helping women to get strong and take control of their fitness.
My approach centers on embodied strength, believing that physical empowerment fosters confidence and resilience, and expands into all aspects of life. My focus is on functional strength training, helping women 40 plus build strength for life and optimize their fitness.
Through skilled coaching and support, I have helped numerous women achieve their fitness goals, move past barriers and enhance their quality of life. My key areas of expertise include functional strength training, fitness strategies for perimenopausal and postmenopausal women, recovery from injuries and low back pain, mobility training, and coaching an aging population.
